Muscle therapy, which involves the manipulation of body muscle tissues using massage, has been practiced for thousands of years and is used in many countries around the world.

When it comes to relaxation techniques, there are many different methods that you can use to relax your mind and body.
My number one favorite is meditation because it completely clears your head of stress and pain.
It's simple to do too! All you have to do is sit down in a quiet spot and close your eyes.
Then, focus on your breathing and try to clear your mind of all thoughts.
Yoga is another great way to relax because it is great for relieving stress, but it will also give you a great workout.
I know that deep belly breathing sounds strange, but it goes along with meditation.
12. Try Caffeine
Did you know that Caffeine is most of today's pain medication?
Well, it's true, and it's used to relieve headaches caused by dehydration or lack of sleep.
Caffeine has a stimulating effect that triggers a release of certain neurotransmitters in the brain called adenosine, which constricts blood vessels, and relaxes muscles in the head.
However, Caffeine may have the opposite effect in some cases and actually cause headaches.
For example, if you're sensitive to Caffeine or have high blood pressure, it may cause your blood vessels to constrict more and cause a pounding headache.
So Caffeine is a catch-22. You will have to decide if it's for you or not.
13. Essential Oils
